Parker:"The 2020 Halenberg GG is still aristocratic but shy on the pure, complex, iodine, stony but also lemony nose that is reminiscent of crushed blue slate rocks. On the palate, this is a very elegant, refined and seamlessly textured, immaculate and juicy, dense and intense Halenberg with stringent tannins and crystalline acidity on the finish that is enormously saline and crisp, indicating great aging potential. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in July 2022."
