Suckling:"Welcome to the smoke-hole of radically mineral dry riesling! Here is the dark side of the force, in spite of the yellow-grapefruit zest. Very slowly but steadily opens with aeration. So ripe, yet so savagely original, so precise and subtle. The finish is like licking a samurai sword from the hilt to the tip. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drinkable now, but best from 2023."
