Parker:"The 2017 Pechstein G.C. is pure, fresh and pretty untamed on the pastry-scented and flinty, still reductive nose with red currant notes. Lush and juicy on the palate, this is a full-bodied, intense and compact, tightly structured, fresh and tensioned Pechstein with intense and concentrated fruit, lots of salt and mineral tension but also finesse. A great and presuming, very persistent Riesling that needs lots of time in the bottle. Tasted in Wachenheim in December 2019."
